A norm is elicited by some sort of principle. A new norm is elicited for the purpose of a principle, which derives a form. A norm reconstructs a form, and a form irradiates a norm inversely.

この作品は、その「原理からの芸術の規範と形式」という構造自体を定式化し、構造それ自体（「芸術の定義を規範と形式とせよ」）を規範として、絵画・音楽・詩という西洋芸術の伝統的な3つの形式を導出している。構造を見せるための直喩として、原理は「現在時刻」を措定している。 This work formulates the structure "art's norm and form form principle" itself, sets the structure itself ("Define art as norm and form") as the norm, and derives western traditional three forms - Paint, Music, Poetry. And the time is a principle as an analogy for the structure.

「現在時刻の線描画家」は、72個のアナログ時計が、現在時刻によって異なる線描を描き続ける。
「現在時刻の聖歌隊」は、8個のスピーカーが、現在時刻を基にした音列をバスとした和声進行をする4声の聖歌を歌い続ける。
「現在時刻の反即興詩人」は、1個のプリンターが、現在時刻をプリンターの色彩インクによる記号列として記述した詩を書き続ける。 "Drawing artist of the time," 72 analog clocks on a panel keep on stroking different drawings by the time.
"Choir of the time," 8 speakers keep on singing four part carols of tone sequence harmony having the bassline by the time.
"Anti-improvisatorial poet of the time," one printer keeps on writing symbol strings of printer's color inks by the time.

彼らは1つの原理と1つの規範によって、全自動的に芸術作品を作り続ける。そこには意味も思考も消え去り、存在するのは導出された事象としての形式と、それを処理する能力のみである。 They are making arts automatically by one principle and one norm. There are no meanings or thinking, and exist the derived form as an event and an ability of processing.
